FitBench — Privacy Policy

FitBench is a curve-fitting app. It is designed to be private by default: your data stays on your device, and the app does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal information.

Data we collect

None. FitBench does not collect analytics, usage data, identifiers, contacts, or location. It has no accounts and no login.

Your data stays on your device

• The measurements you enter, paste, or import are stored only on your device (and in your own iCloud/device backup, controlled by you).
• “Detect from image” reads a photo of a table using Apple’s on-device text recognition. The image is processed entirely on your device and is never uploaded to us or to any third party.
• FitBench performs all fitting locally and works fully offline.

Purchases

FitBench Pro is sold through Apple as an auto-renewable subscription or a one-time purchase. Purchases, billing, and renewals are handled by the App Store under Apple’s Privacy Policy. FitBench receives only the entitlement status needed to unlock Pro features; we do not receive your payment details.

Third parties

FitBench does not include any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. The only external service is Apple’s StoreKit, used solely to process purchases.

Children

FitBench does not collect data from anyone, including children.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
